Information entered into a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, is submitted to the third-party provider that operates the result service. We do not retain a copy of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Our host may log routine data such as IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review this in aggregate for operations and page performance. Cookies or related tools may support basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
We use limited operational information to run, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service. We do not sell visitor lists or create personal profiles of individual visitors.
Outside Resources
Links lead to municipal, county, state, library, archive, and third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to information submitted there, including information entered into sponsored search tools. Review the receiving service's policy before providing personal information.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting, analytics, and support providers may process the technical information described here to operate the service. We disclose information when a valid legal process requires it and otherwise only as needed for those operational services.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the operational purposes described above. Because there are no user accounts, we do not hold account passwords or member profiles for this service.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor supplied information and we will remove it where we can.
Your Privacy Requests
Depending on residence, a visitor may have rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a service. Massachusetts public-record and privacy protections include G.L. c.66 §10, G.L. c.4 §7(26), MGL c.9A, and 950 CMR 130, though records held by a government custodian follow that custodian's rules. Because we keep little information, a request usually concerns a contact message or server log. Use the Contact page for a request.
